FAQs

How long should my products last?
Whilst there will never be a hard and fast rule on this, due to there being a number of influencing factors, our 220g Candles should burn for 45 - 55 hours, a singular wax melt should last for 10 - 15 hours, a Reed Diffuser for 4 - 6 months and a Car Diffuser for 4 - 6 weeks.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Great Britain and Northern Ireland Only, although, watch this space as this may change in the near future.

How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days (hopefully sooner!) and all items are delivered through Royal Mail, for Royal Mail delivery estimates please refer to their website (https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk)

Why are my Candles Tunnelling?
Every Candle could 'Tunnel' if it is not burned properly. With each order a care card with instructions will have been sent out, if you did not recieve your Candle Care Card you can find a copy here. That said, to avoid tunnelling please ensure that your candles are burnt for 4 hours as a minimum on the first burn. This will allow for the wax to melt all the way to the edges of its vessel creating a 'Full Melt Pool'.

Why is my Candle Wax Cracked?
Our wax has just two ingredients, Rapeseed and Coconut Oil, the disadvantage of using the more Environmentally Conscious wax is that small cracks can appear when the Candle is exposed to varying temperatures. Naturally this can happen in the delivery process and is largely out of our control. The good news however is that this will not have any effect on the candle's performance or scent throw. One the candle has done one full burn cycle (4 Hours as a minimum) the cracks will no longer be there.
